NICO JAY MOYER
Nico here, I will try to make this quick, but want to take a minute to introduce myself before moving forward. If I leave any questions unanswered please do not hesitate to reach out and contact me. I am most responsive by email but can also be reached over social media.
I served 8 years in 3rd Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment at Fort Benning Georgia and medically retired in 2018. During my time in the Army, I attended numerous schools including Ranger School, Pathfinder School, and every leadership course I qualified to take.
I was awarded 10 Army Achievement Medals, 2 Army Commendation Medals, and a few other awards during my time in Ranger Regiment. I served on 3 deployments to Afghanistan in Operations Enduring Freedom and Freedom Sentinel. I have traveled all over the U.S. and have been afforded many opportunities to develop many skills.
In 2017, I stumbled across Dave Ramsey, one of the most influential coaches in all things finance over the last 30 years. I read all of his books, went through financial peace university, and used every opportunity to talk about his process of getting out of debt and building wealth.
After starting a nonprofit (Do More Gooder), I was driven to also start a small business helping people in our community with finances. I became a Financial Coach learning from Ramsey Solutions' Financial Coach Masters Training and continue my education daily.
I am currently enrolled in Columbus State University pursuing a 2nd degree in Entrepreneurship and Finance. While this is not a requirement to be a financial coach, I find it important to incorporate both formal and informal education when growing your passion and career.
If you have any questions for me, please do not hesitate to send us an email and I will respond as quickly as possible.
I look forward to walking with you and helping you reach Financial Peace.
